Scope
This cancellation policy applies to contracts between a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB and 21Solutions GmbH, Feldbergstraße 35, 60323 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, email: info@ppl-monkey.com, regarding paid services on the PPL Monkey platform. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Free use of the publicly accessible learning content does not constitute a paid contract; no right of withdrawal exists in that case.
Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
For a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. activation of premium learning content), the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB once we have begun performance after you have
- expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
We obtain this consent and acknowledgement expressly during checkout before paid contracts are concluded.

- Accepted payment methods are shown in checkout and processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
- All prices include the statutory VAT in effect.
